Friday or Sunday Weddings ? 

Friday or Sunday Weddings can be up to 20% less expensive than a Saturday 

 

Deposit Amount and Payment Structure for a Wedding? 

An inital deposit of $1000.00 is required when booking to secure you the ballroom and date. Final details will be arranged with the Sales Manager.

 

Deposit Amount for Social and Corporate Functions? 

An Estimated amount of the function cost is due when booking.  Final payment will be arranged with the Sales Manager.

 

Children Pricing? 

Children 12 - 18 are the full food price plus soft drink charge.  Children 6 -11 are 1/2 food price plus soft drink charge.  Children 3 - 5 are $15.00 plus soft drink charge.  Children under 2 are no cost.

 

What is a SOCAN Fee? 

 When you rent a faciliy for the purpose of a function where music will be performed or played you are considered the 'person authorizing the performance' and therfore responsible for the licencing of it.  Please ask the Sales Manager for the cost.

 

Arranging an Appointment To See The Venue & Get A Quote?

Contact our Sales Manager and a time can be schedualed.  It is possible to come see the facility without an appointment, however there may not be a sales manager able to meet with you.

 

Special Dietary Requests? 

 We are able to accommodate a selection of Vegetarians, Vegans and Allergic requests.  When finalizing the menu this should be brought to the Sales Manager's attention.

 

Food & Beverage Policy? 

 All food and beverage consumed with the exception of wedding cakes must be supplied by the Renaissance Banquet & Special Events Centre.  No outside Alcohol is allowed to be brought in.

 

Function Room Accessibility to Bride & Goorm or Outside Vendors? 

 Bride and Grooms along with decor are welcome to come in the day before the wedding to set-up their receiving line and do any final touches that they wish.  Outside Vendors can be allowed access the day before or morning of the wedding.  A time must be arranged with the Sales Manager.

 

Cancellation Policy? 

 The Inital Wedding Depost is Non-Refundable.  Renaissace Banquet & Special Events Centre will credit it to another wedding booking if it is cancelled a minimum 6 months before the wedding date, otherwise it becomes fully non-refundable.  A written notification to the venue is required in order to cancel an function.
